도안 상세 설명 구글번역기로 번역하기
*Hestia* is a dropped-shoulder colourwork sweater with an oversized, cosy fit. The colourwork motif is only present on the upper torso as an eye-catching pop and a modern twist on a timeless form. The sweater is a tribute to the Greek goddess Hestia and her symbolism for warmth, the hearth and family, evoking a feeling of nostalgic cosiness for the coming cold seasons. There are two options for the neck: a turtleneck (shown in sample) or a shorter folded neckband; and two options for the sleeves: straight (shown in sample) or tapered.

NOTES
This sweater is worked from the top down with colourwork sections on the upper back and upper front worked flat. The back panel, with armhole shaping, is worked first. Stitches for the front are then picked up along the back shoulders and worked separately before being joined to shape the neckline. The armhole shaping is worked as for the back. The back and front panels are joined at the underarm and the body is worked in the round. Sleeve stitches are picked up around the armholes and worked in the round. The collar, cuffs, and hem are finished in 1 x 1 Rib. Options are provided for various collar styles and sleeve fits.
