**Enjoy a free copy for a limited time only, no coupon code needed** Delicate lace meets everyday practicality in these elegant fingerless mitts. Featuring flowing columns of lace that create beautiful texture and subtle movement, these Gija Mitts look intricate while remaining an enjoyable knit. Gija, the Lithuanian word for thread, reflects the essence of knitting and the flowing stitch pattern, where strands appear to intertwine and open into delicate eyelets. I chose this name to celebrate both the beauty of the stitch pattern and my Lithuanian heritage. Knit in a soft, warm yarn, these fingerless mitts are a cozy accessory for cooler days. Gija Mitts are simple fingerless gloves knit from the cuff upward, featuring a classic thumb gusset shaped with symmetrical lifted increases.
