Lupine by the Loch Vest was designed and created to celebrate the 10 year Anniversary of The Woolly Thistle. Vest Construction A classic top-down crew-neck vest with an easy-to-knit lupine design. The top part of the garment is knit flat and then joined at the underarm to be knitted in the round. Short rows are incorporated in the construction of the shoulders, and faux side seams are used to enhance the fit. The front panel incorporates the Lupine Blossom Puff Stitch and simple lace leaves, highlighting the wildflower’s beauty and a special place in our knitting adventure. The Lupine by the Loch Vest is perfect to wear in between seasons, either to the ocean or to the highlands to view the fields of spectacular lupine.
