Ruffled Autumn Mushroom

Hi lovelies, I was sitting one late night playing around with the idea go creating a "stolt fjällskivling" (latin name: Macrolepiota procera). Besides it making for a wonderful dinner, I so adore its soft brown-greyish color shifts and the little collar of ruffles that decorates its stalk. I wanted to translate that feeling into a mindful and relaxing make, with calm repetition as the key. And what could be more repetitive than crocheting layers upon layers of gorgeously lushes ruffles?! And so the #ruffledautumnmushroom came to be, love it.
