Skinny Lace Scarf

The **Skinny Lace Scarf** is the perfect summer accessory and ideal for using up your scrap yarn. **Yarn**: I recommend a fingering-weight yarn, but you can use any yarn you like. Just be aware that the thicker the yarn, the wider the scarf. The sample scarf is knitted in Sandnes Garn Tynn Line, using 17 g of yarn. **Needles**: Use the recommended needle size for the chosen yarn. The sample scarf is knitted on 2.5 mm needles. **Gauge**: Gauge is not critical for this scarf. Just make sure you like the fabric and drape. **Size**: You can knit any length you like. The sample scarf is 3.5 cm wide and 156 cm long. **Construction**: The scarf begins with increases that form a pointed tip, then is worked flat in the lace pattern.
