mushroom no. 3

I grew up foraging Chanterelle Mushrooms and enjoyed designing a crochet pattern mimicking their cylindrical stem that flares into the cap and the wavy texture of the cap. Gauge is flexible in this project! I used fingering weight stash yarn and a 2.75mm (C) hook. Sample is about 3 inches (7.6cm) tall using fingering weight yarn. This project is crocheted as two pieces that are crocheted together mid project so no sewing necessary!
