To purchase the pattern: https://ko-fi.com/s/429d14e3e1 Release Schedule: • Clue 1: Day 1 - Monday July 20th, 2026 • Clue 2: Day 3 - Wednesday July 22nd, 2026 • Clue 3: Day 6 - Friday July 24th, 2026 Colour Choices You will need: 10g of yarn for the brim, plus 20g of colour A (a light shade), plus 20g of colour B (a medium shade), plus 20g of colour C (a dark shade). You can choose A, B, or C for the brim, or use an entirely different colour. The weight and meterage are generous so you will have yarn leftover. Solid colours will have more contrast, however, should you choose a variegated or speckled yarn make sure the contrast between the three yarns remains high. The maximum number of colours used per round is two. Unusual Abbreviations From round 12 all the knit stitches are represented by A, B, or C instead of K (for “knit”). Examples, B5, C2, A1 just means K5 in colour B, K2 in colour C, and K1 in colour A. Brim adjustments If you prefer a longer brim, start your project with a provisional cast on and begin knitting from round eleven. Once the rest of the hat is completed return to the brim and knit the K2, P2 rib until the brim is your desired length. Bind off with a stretchy method.
