Cypress Set

Cypress is a made-to-measure project. This means I provide you with clear guidelines and construction instructions, but you decide how it will fit your body. You choose the yarn weight, hook size, number of rows. You can make it as a top only (either longline or cropped), or turn it into a full set. Pair it with a skirt or extend it into a dress. The bottom part is fully customizable: choose a fitted pencil, a flowing mermaid silhouette, or even a more voluminous, princess-style shape. As the maker, you are in control of every final decision.  The construction process is divided into three parts:
1. Front and Back | 2. Underbust | 3. Skirt Minimal seaming is required — fortunately, it is quick and easy. Yarn
 For this project, I recommend using fingering weight yarn with slight elasticity. Viscose works exceptionally well for this design; however, the pattern has been successfully tested with a wide range of fibers, such as cotton, cotton/acrylic blends, and merino/acrylic blends. For best results, I especially recommend using melange yarns — they help create smooth transitions between the different sections. Yardage (Approximate) 
The yarn amounts listed below (for fingering weight yarn, a crop top length, and a knee-length skirt) should be treated as a guideline.
