The design came about because I wanted to make an accessory for The Big Flock yarn show using Birdstreet Yarn. When I saw their Suri Cloud minis I knew they had to be the star of the show. Holding the Suri double really makes the flowers pop. It’s possible to make more than one with a skein of fingering weight yarn and it can be made to look very different by selecting other contrast yarns. A series of increases and corresponding decreases form the points of the neckerchief with a longer straight section in the middle that can be adjusted to get the length you desire. **Pattern Information:** **Yarn:** MC: 30g (120m) fingering weight yarn, CC1: 10g (60m) Suri Aplaca and CC2: 3g (12m) fingering weight yarn; Sample 1 is knit using Birdstreet Yarn Merino Mohair fingering weight in the colour Latte, Suri Alpaca Cloud in the colour Tamarisk and Sock yarn in colour Hint of Mink. Sample 2 is knit using Birdstreet Yarn Merino Mohair fingering weight in the colour Barricane, Suri Alpaca Cloud in the colour Lulworth and Sock yarn in colour Bees Wax.
