May 2026 Mystery Hat!

**This is a mystery hat knit-a-long happening May 15th through June 5th on my patreon! It's a quick, single-skein knit, in three sections, releasing May 15, 22, and 29, with the final pattern release on June 5. Join for only $6 to knit along and also have access to [all these other patterns][1]!!** You need - Worsted–aran weight yarn, approx 130{150, 170, 190} yards / 120{140, 155, 175} meters - Size US 7 / 4.5mm circular needles 32" or longer (or sized to get gauge) - 4 stitch markers - A crochet hook and scrap yarn for provisional cast-on - An extra needle for a 3-needle bind-off Gauge 19 sts and 26 rows per 4" / 10cm in 2x2 rib laying flat. Row gauge is more important than stitch gauge, but you don’t need to worry about matching gauge exactly—you can determine your hat size by measuring the first section.
