Seven Lines Pullover

Seven-stitch columns of half-twisted rib create crisp vertical lines that anchor the center of the piece before sweeping toward the edges. This subtle outward pull creates a gentle curve that celebrates your natural silhouette with a soft, flattering highlight. Sign up for our [Newsletter][2]. ** Seven Lines is a top down pullover. The shoulder saddles are knit first and then the stitches are put on hold. The fronts and backs are picked up from the edges of the shoulder saddle, and the sleeves are knit across the saddle stitches previously put on hold. Short rows are used to complete the shoulder shaping for the front and back. The yoke is knit flat until the front neckline is joined, and then worked in the round for the rest of the pullover. The sleeve stitches are put on hold while the underarm stitches are cast on. The body is continued in the round down to the hem. The sleeves are taken off of hold, and knit from the underarm down to the cuff with options for short or ¾ length sleeves.
