This neat little waistcoat with contrasting colour collar and simple slipstitch pattern above the hems, front and back is knit in King Cole Homespun double knitting yarn. The tension for this yarn is 22 stitches and 28 rows to 10cm using size 4mm needles. The garment is worked in stocking stitch. The hems, collar, front bands and armhole borders are worked in a single rib. It is knit bottom up in seamed pieces. The pattern has been written to fit chest sizes 32" to 42" (actual chest size 91cm to 116cm). Size 3.25mm and 4mm needles are used.
