Latch Crossbody

Hi everyone, I am so excited to share my first free pattern, the **Latch Crossbody**! This is a crochet drawstring bag with some additional features to give it a gorgeous polished, editorial look. This bag comes in 2 sizes, *small* and *large*, however also includes some details on how to modify the pattern to create your desired size. The samples use a lightweight sport cotton yarn, however feel free to experiment with different compositions, weights and hook sizes to customise your look! This is a great stash-buster project with the small size using less than 100g of the Brightons yarn for the small, so use whatever leftovers you have! The gauge is not. particularly important for this design so don't feel restrained to the suggested yarn and hook. To replicate the look of the sample, there are a few additional components to get. This includes your carabiner (or similar!), metallic chain and liner bag. I am based in Australia and found all these extras from my local craft store, dollar store and grocery store, the pattern also includes links to similar items on Amazon(note: I have not bought these). The pattern also includes guidance if you wish to make this bag solely with crochet!
