Jr Forest Berry Jacket

The Jr. Forest Berry jacket is the girls’ version of my best-selling ladies Forest Berry Jacket – my first design! It’s a 1940s-inspired cardigan with puff shoulders, a feminine yet simple silhouette, and a decorative berry-pattern running down the front. The junior version is worked top down, back and forth. NEEDLES: 3.5 mm YARN: Fabel Knitwear Pure Wool (100 g = 380 m) *Note on yarn choice: Pure Wool is a more rustic wool, and should be worn with something underneath for kids. This makes it incredibly durable and great for hard wear! However if your child is sensitive to wool I recommend Fabel Knitwear Alpacca Cashmere Silk DK! It is SO soft!! It is a soft, drapy DK and is not too different from Pure Wool in terms of thickness once knit up.
