Der Glowhush Cardigan kann ein- oder zweifädig gestrickt werden. Wenn du ihn einfädig strickst, ist er transparent und luftig, aber durch das Flauschgarn trotzdem noch wärmend. Perfekt für einen lauen Sommerabend. Verstrickst du ihn zweifädig (Lace & Flausch), ist er weniger transparent und wärmer. Perfekt für die Übergangszeit. Die Maschenprobe ist für beide Varianten gleich. Der Glowhush Cardigan wird nahtlos von oben nach unten mit einer europäischen Schulter gearbeitet, die nicht überschnitten ist. Zuerst wird das Rückenteil in Reihen gestrickt. Danach werden Maschen für die Schultern aufgenommen und nacheinander gestrickt. Die eingesetzten Ärmel werden danach gleich mit aufgenommen und ab einem bestimmten Punkt folgen Raglanzunahmen, bis die Passe abgeschlossen ist. Die Maschen der Ärmel werden dann stillgelegt, bis der Körper vollendet ist. Für die Ärmel gibt es 2 enthaltene Optionen: Gerader Schnitt oder Ballonärmel. Die Cardigan Blende und die Bündchen der Ärmel werden als Icord gestrickt. Zum Verschließen des Cardigans kann optional eine Icord-Kordel angestrickt werden, die ebenfalls in der Anleitung enthalten ist. When worked single strand, it is sheer and airy, yet still warm thanks to the fluffy yarn, perfect for a mild summer evening. When worked holding two strands together (lace and fluffy yarn), it is less transparent and warmer, perfect for the transitional seasons. The gauge is the same for both versions. The Glowhush Cardigan is worked seamlessly from the top down using a European shoulder construction (non drop shoulder). The back is worked flat first. Then stitches for the shoulders are picked up and worked one after the other. The set in sleeves are then picked up as well, and from a certain point, raglan increases are worked until the yoke is complete. The sleeve stitches are then placed on hold while the body is finished. There are 2 sleeve options included, straight sleeves or balloon sleeves. The front band and sleeve cuffs are worked as I cord. For closure, an optional I cord tie can be worked onto the cardigan, which is also included in the pattern.
