Cat Sass

Inspired in part by the fun play on words of our favorite hang out in Raleigh, NC, circa 2000, and by my own sassy cat, Gus, Cat Sass can be as sassy or as polite as you choose! Materials: 40 grams of fingering weight yarn in Color 1 40 grams of fingering weight yarn in Color 2 Size US 1 (2.25 mm) main needles/ US 2 (2.75 mm) needles for colorwork (or size needed to obtain gauge), 2 circulars in 16 inch length, or a 32-40 inch circular for magic loop Tapestry needle Scissors Stitch markers (optional) Sizes: Small/Medium (7.5"/ 20 cm foot circumference) Medium/Large (8.5"/ 22 cm foot circumference) Gauge: 32 sts/48 rnds = 4 inches (10 cm) in stockinette 36 sts/40 rnds = 4 inches (10 cm) in colorwork
