The armholes are shaped with increases, and once the armhole shaping is done you put the stitches on hold and start working the fronts. Stitches for the fronts are picked up along the cast-on edge of the back piece. The fronts are worked separately and a deep v-neck is worked for the neckline. Armhole shaping to match the back piece is worked while maintaining the neckline shaping. Once the fronts and back reach the armhole, the body is worked back and forth in one piece. A calliper cable pattern runs down the cast-on stitches under the arm, and the body ends with a rib. The button band and armhole edges are picked up and finished with a rolled edge.
