Love is Love Mosaic

This pattern is about love. Love is love says it all! All proceeds from the sale of this pattern will be donated to the Southeastern Diversity Project. The Southeastern Diversity Project seeks to bring more compassion, love, and unity into the communities in North Alabama and surrounding areas. We believe that the more people know about and interact with others, the more they will come together in love. My test for this pattern made a blanket (without border) 85.5 inches by 60 inches. I used worsted weight yarn and a 5mm hook. Erin's test blanket (without border) measured 70 inches by 60 inches. She used worsted weight yarn and a 5.5mm hook. Gauge doesn't matter for this project. I used a worsted weight yarn in 6 different colors for the background and white for the design. Each skein was 810 yards. I used almost all of the 6 background colors and 3 skeins of white for the design. The pattern notes the color changes to make the striped background.
