Square Mesh Scarf Shrug

I started with [Yarnspirations Mesh Top Pattern][1] but didn't like how it was turning out, so I frogged it and started my own variation. This is basically a modified version of the shoulder section of that pattern. Yarnspiration's included diagrams may be helpful for following my instructions. This is a fairly beginner friendly pattern, only using chains and double crochets and the whole thing is just a rectangle. The written pattern contains the stitch counts I used to get my size, but it is an easy to resize pattern.
