6-in-1 Nature Easter Eggs

This is a written crochet pattern for the “6-in-1 Nature Easter Eggs”, which includes instructions how to make six different stuffed/plushie nature-themed easter eggs: Bunny, chick, cow, frog, bee and stripy rainbow. The pattern is available in both US and UK terms. The PDF file is 21 pages long with detailed instructions and lots of photos. This pattern is suitable for crocheters that are already familiar with amigurumi and basic crochet stitches/techniques (e.g MR, sc, inc, dec, BLO, colour changing, sewing on pieces etc). All pieces are worked in continuous rounds, other than the frog legs which are worked flat in rows. Materials & Tools Required: •Yarn in colours red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple, pink, grey, white, black, beige and dark brown (if making all 6 eggs). •Thread/thin yarn (for embroidering): •A crochet hook that matches your yarn's weight. •Safety Eyes (x2 per animal egg) •Toy stuffing •Scissors •Tapestry/finishing needle •Stitch marker (optional) •Pins to help with assembly/sewing (optional) No specific gauge is required for this pattern. Your finished easter eggs’ size will depend on your yarn weight, hook size and personal tension- a thicker yarn weight and a bigger hook size will produce a larger finished object, whereas a thinner yarn weight and a smaller hook size will produce a smaller finished object. Using a 3mm hook and DK weight yarn my finished basic egg shapes (i.e without added features) measured roughly 5.5cm tall.
