Crystal Lake is a classic colorwork pullover with a modern twist that is sure to become a wardrobe staple. The colorwork looks so elegant but don’t let it fool you! It’s fun to work and deceptively easy as it uses just 1 color per round and the stitch repeat is only 4 simple stitches! Construction is top-down and in the round in a completely seamless manner, starting with a circular yoke for ease in working the fun slip-stitch colorwork. There are multiple options to choose from for the collar and you can also add a bit of length to the back hemline for comfort in wearing. Crystal Lake will look great in any yarn with good stitch definition that meets gauge and is a strong contrast between the yarn colors so that the colorwork design really pops. You can also use a gradient yarn or even a third color for the background behind the colorwork.
