The benefit is that you carry just one colour at a time, and the pattern is absolutely jogless due to slipped stitches. The mitts are knitted in rounds, in mosaic knitting. The width and length can be easily adjusted, working more or fewer repeats/motifs. The pattern uses metric and imperial systems.
