NORTHBOUND sweater

NORTHBOUND is a round yoke sweater with a top-down construction, relaxed fit and simple colourwork on the yoke, inspired by the winter sky over Dartry mountains and the first snowflakes of winter. Starting with the yoke cast on, the sweater is worked seamlessly top down. After the yoke and short row shaping for a better fit around the neck, the body and sleeves are separated while casting on stitches for the underarms. The neckband is worked last to give you options to decide on its width once you have completed the entire sweater. As the sweater is knitted top-down, you can also decide on the length as you go. The pattern and the yardage have been given for an average height of 165 cm / 5‘5’’. Please adjust the lengths according to your individual body measurements. The measurements listed below are for the final sweater after washing and blocking.
