*Mystery Knit Scarf 2026* Welcome to the Mystery Knit Scarf 2026 where we will knit beautiful cables! Are you someone who loves knitting cables? This MKAL scarf features eight distinct, beautifully structured cable sections. Designed to build from one section to the next, the result is a clean, seamless finish. I am embracing larger cables this year. Last year, I designed the [Autumn Cable Scarf](/patterns/library/autumn-cable-scarf) with smaller cables. But, this year I am thinking chunky. I am still using a worsted weight yarn, but the cables will really pop! This scarf was designed with [Knit Picks Simply worsted weight yarn](https://tidd.ly/3LAZEjX). However, any worsted weight yarn will work. Each section uses approximately 80 yards (72 m) or a total of 640 yards (576 m). You can use one solid colour, or each section can be a different colour. This is a great project to use up some of your yarn scraps. *This is a ONE TIME purchase. You will receive each clue as an update to your library as they are released.* There are a total of 8 clues. They will be released on the following days: *Note: All clues will be released on a Friday to give you some awesome week-end knitting. Other than clue 4.
