Purliness Cowl

**Basic Information:** Purliness Cowl blends simple stitches with texture, built on an easy sequence pattern that creates a plush, dimensional fabric. A coordinating line of surface crochet adds a playful highlight, finished with a tassel or two for charm. As the next step in the Sequence Series, this cowl is worked flat for a relaxing knit, seamed, and then topped with surface crochet applied directly over the join for a clean, sculptural 3D effect. The pattern has been tech edited. **Skill Level / Experience:** Adventurous Beginner. **Techniques used:** Knit, purl, k2tog, kfb, slip stitch, surface crochet. **Sizes Available:** Circumference: 28" [70 cm] Height: 8" [20 cm] **Materials:** Yarn: Approximately 215 - 230 yds [197 - 210 m] of DK weight wool or wool blend and 15 – 30 yds [14 – 28 m] of coordinating yarn of your desired weight.
