blue gradient scarf 900

**Instructions for 3 different sizes! *Anleitung für 3 unterschiedliche Größen!*** I have been wanting to use a Bobbel with a colour gradient for a while. The smooth transitions from dark blue to medium blue, light blue to light grey of the yarn “Whirl” by Scheepjes caught my attention. I decided to create a simple flower pattern which spreads out all over 100 stitches per row to create a scarf full of different blue tones. This allowed me to test how long the color gradient would last. In total, I knitted 900 rows until the colours of the Bobbel reached the light grey. I couldn’t use the little white leftovers of the yarn, of course, since white on white does not make a pattern… *Schon lange wollte ich einmal einen Bobbel mit einem Farbverlauf ausprobieren. Die harmonischen Übergänge von dunkelblau über mittelblau und hellblau bis zu hellem grau der Wolle „Whirl“ von Scheepjes sprachen mich an. Dafür habe ich ein einfaches Blumenmuster entwickelt, das sich auf 100 Maschen je Reihe allover über einen Schal und die verschiedenen Blautöne erstreckt. So konnte ich ausprobieren, wie lange der Farbverlauf reichen wird. Insgesamt musste ich 900 Reihen stricken, bis die Bobbel-Farben bei hellem grau angekommen waren. Den kleinen weißen Rest des Bobbels konnte ich natürlich nicht weiterverwenden, da weiß in weiß kein Muster ergibt…*
