Spellbark Hood

The Spellbark Hood is a one piece construction that begins with a ribbed face covering, followed by a hood picked up along the edge of the rib, and concludes with an applied i-cord edge. Designed with negative ease for the face/neck covering before blocking, with an oversized hood. Any hook and any yarn can be used. The lookbook included with the pattern will show the yarn, quantities used, and hook sizes. This pattern is made-to-measure, includes diagrams, photos, and a video tutorial for the applied icord edge. It is recommended to make a gauge swatch before working the project to ensure a correct fit, but your gauge does not have to meet mine listed in the project. On average, between 150-300g of yarn is used in a given finished piece, depending on size and yarn weight. It should be noted that while this pattern is not printer friendly (unless you like to use up ink), it is designed to have charts where you can digitally write down the information you may need (rows, stitch count), and has imbedded hyperlinks to take you around the document as needed.
