Notions: Tapestry needle, stitch markers (6), scrap yarn or stitch holders. Notes This loosely-fitted, sleeveless top is worked in Stocking Stitch with central lace panels on the front and back. The garment is worked from the top down flat, in pieces (front and back), to the appropriate armhole depth and then joined to work in the round to the hem. The garment sits at mid hip. Subtle A-line shaping is added to the body, and the final hem worked in 1x1 ribbing. The armhole and neckline edges are picked up and worked as simple, short, rolled edges.
