ICE Resistance Hat Mashup

This hat is a mashup of the Melt the ICE Hat (which itself is modeled on the hats worn by the Norwegian Resistance in WWII) and the Pussy Hat. It is designed to be beginner-friendly and instantly recognizable. This hat uses basic stitches and is infinitely customizable in yarn and needle size, length of ribbing, bind-off technique, and tassels. The unifying element is the color red and the tassel embellishment.
