Kaldoaivi Mittens

**Kaldoaivi mittens** have been inspired by the Kaldoaivi sweater which was my first published design. Mittens have the same pattern as the sweater - it reflects the curvey fells and wind-sculptured snow dunes of Kaldoaivi wilderness area in Finnish Lapland. Kaldoaivi mittens pattern is unisex and it comes in three different adult sizes. Mittens are knitted in stockinette stitch using yarn dominance technique (jacquard technique). They can be worn inside out as well and the smaller one fits inside the bigger one - this is super nice for cold days outside! If you are not familiar with the jacquard technique this is a good pattern to start learning it and maybe try to knit the Kaldoaivi Sweater after this.
