Rhythm of Life Headband

The Rhythm of Life Headband pattern is made to coordinate with my Rhythm of Life Hat and Cowl patterns. I first wrote and knit this pattern while I was hanging out at a local knitwear sale back in September 2025 and I am excited to finally have a whole set of the patterns ready! This pattern is a rhythmic repeat that requires two colors. You will be using stranded colorwork. The headband is knit from the bottom up in the round. The pattern gives instructions for two sizes, with tips for adapting the pattern size if needed. This headband can be knit with any Super Bulky yarn.
