도안 상세 설명 구글번역기로 번역하기
Sjø Socks are knitted cuffs with a German short-row heel. Sjø means sea in Norwegian and I decided to name it as it is because of a very specific place in Norway, near water and nature. It reminds me of the wave motive with peace and regular sounds. I wanted to achieve similar emotions while knitting, later wearing warm and cosy socks. Dedicated cable is easy and mindless to do, but it gives an interesting twist in comparison to plain stockinette.
Pattern is designed to knit on a magic loop.
Size:
One size (but you can easily modify by adding or removing stockinette stitches between cables).
Foot circumference: 20-22 cm
Food length: adjustable (note that if you want longer socks you might need more yarn).
Gauge: is anyone really make gauge swatch for socks?
Needles:
2,5 mm (or size to get gauge) 80-100 cm long for magic loop.
Yarn:
Any sock fingering yarn will suit the pattern. I knit mine with Sisu by Sandens Garn.
Notions:
2 markers, measuring tape, tapestry needle, cable needle, scissors
