Ready Steady Sweater

The Ready Steady Sweater is knitted flat, bottom up. The front, back and sleeves are knitted separately before they’re sewn or crocheted together. It has a boxy fit with a dropped shoulder. Sizes 1-4 are worked straight without any armhole shaping. Sizes 5-9 have a bind off under the arm to make a modified dropped shoulder to make sure the sleeve doesn’t start too far down at the arm. The pattern is knitted in a mix of intarsia and stranded colourwork. The waves are worked in intarsia, where each colour field has its own yarn bobbin.
