**About this pattern:** The download contains both a graphic version with photographs, suitable for viewing on a computer/tablet, and a printer friendly, text only version. *This pattern has been fully tested*! **Pattern is written in ENGLISH, using U.S. terminology** **Skill level:** Advanced beginner/Intermediate. Some experience with amigurumi is recommended. **Hook size:** 4mm **Yarn type:** Aran/Worsted **Yarn colours:** #White (approx 100g) #Red (approx 20g) #Yellow (approx 10g) #Green (approx 10g) #Brown (approx 10g) #Purple (approx 10g) **Please note that these are approximations, and the amounts needed can vary depending on your choice of yarn, hook size and tension.** **Other materials:** #18mm sparkly safety eyes #Craft wire (I used two 15cm lengths of 15 gauge wire, twisted together) #Stuffing #Stitch markers #Yarn needle #Scissors **Optional materials:** #Pins - for helping with placement #Long needle/knitting needle for helping hold the head in place for sewing #Small button and thread, for securing the hat/giving it the ability to be interchangeable. #Curved needle, for helping with sewing on legs/button #Hot glue, for permanently securing the hat if you choose. #Small discs of cardboard for feet **Stitches required:** Magic circle, slip stitch, single crochet, half double crochet, double crochet, treble crochet, bobble stitch, reverse single crochet, single crochet increase, invisible decrease. **Notes:** The majority of the pattern is worked in continuous rounds. There is some sewing required (sorry)! You have 3 options of how to attach the hat, 2 permanent and 1 so it can be made removable. If using the same yarn and hook size as myself, your finished piece will measure approximately 20cm/8 inches tall.
