Slouchy Jester Hat

This is an advanced beginner PDF crochet pattern for a jester hat with slouchy horns and accessories. If you're looking for a fun and whimsical pattern to add to your circus wardrobe, or for your renaissance faire jester costume, then you've come to the right place :D This pattern is made to measure!
