Wild Rose Hat

**I have always loved adding cute little flowers to my knits. Wild Rose Hat joins [Wild Rose Cowl](/patterns/library/wild-rose-cowl-3) in my family of winter accessory patterns that share this cheerful flower motif. I am a bit obsessed with this bold graphic floral that reminds me of our provincial flower.** **The Wild Rose Hat features stranded colourwork using two colours of yarn. It works up quickly and is so adorable with or without a fluffy faux fur pompom. It is technically categorized as a sport weight, but because of the fluff, it fills in the spaces between the stitches and I achieved more of a DK/worsted weight gauge.
