It’s a cozy bulky sweater with sleeves that taper toward the cuffs for a more stylish and flattering look. The sweater is worked from the top down in stockinette stitch. First the back section is worked back and forth to shape the slope of the shoulders with increases. Then stitches are picked up for each shoulder, then the front pieces are knit separately until they are joined to form the front section. The front and back are joined at the underarms to form the body, which is worked in the round to the bottom ribbing.
