It’s also a sister pattern to the Second Breakfast Wrap. This triangular cowl is designed to be used with either 6 mini skeins or 3 larger skeins. Different sections of alternating patterns and colors represent the various meals that hobbits enjoy throughout the day, even as they travel on epic quests, because there’s always time for second breakfast! **FINISHED MEASUREMENTS** * 18"/46 cm long from back of neck down to tip of the triangle * 19"/48 cm long across widest point when laid flat * 24"/61 cm circumference around neck opening * Rectangle measurements before seaming: 35"/89cm long by 10"/26 cm wide **GAUGE** * 20 hdc and 16 rows = 4”/10 cm after blocking * 20 dc and 13 rows = 4”/10 cm after blocking **HOOK** Size G hook (4.0 mm) or size needed to obtain gauge **YARN** *6 Color Version (shown in sample):* Apothefaery Fabrications Fingering Weight (80% Merino, 20% Silk; 510 yards/466 meters, 4 oz/120 grams): 6 mini skeins of 20 grams each. *3 Color Version:* Fingering weight yarn in 3 colors of choice, 40 grams or 85 yards/77 meters per color. Or similar fingering weight yarn in either 3 or 6 colors, a total of 510 yards/466 meters, 4 oz/120 grams of yarn.
