I used Paintbox Yarns Simply DK. 4 mm crochet hook for main body, 3.5 mm hook for embellishment Yarn needle Scissors **Abbreviations Used in Pattern** ch = chain sc = single crochet sc = double crochet sl st = slip stitch st = stitch sts = stitches fo = fasten off Skill Level Beginner ****Measurements/Size** Width = 9 cm, Height = 15 cm (Teen or Adult Women's Size) **Gauge** 16 stitches and 10 rows = 10 cm x 10 cm (4") in dc with 4 mm hook **Yardage** Approx. 35 m (38 yards) **Notes** - Use any type of yarn to achieve gauge. - Try to crochet over your yarn tails so you don’t have to weave them in later. - Ch 2 at the beginning of a row does not count as a stitch. - Experiment with using the stacked single crochet technique instead of a ch 2 at the beginning of a row for cleaner edges. - Please note that I use US crochet terms. ------------------ PLEASE NOTE This product is for a CROCHET PATTERN only.
