Leftover Mondim yarn from the sweater inspired me to design matching socks. Worked cuff-down, the socks start with a 2x2 ribbing, followed by an optional round of bobbles. The leg features a lace pattern and the heel is shaped using a classic gusset and heel flap construction (including a slip stitch heel flap for extra heel strength). The lace pattern continues across the foot, while the sole is worked in plain stockinette, finishing with decreases for the toe. We love to see your knits on social media. Reste des Garns Mondim, das ich für den Pullover verwendet hatte, haben mich zu einem passenden Sockendesign inspiriert.
