**Construction** This top is worked from the top down in the round and is knit in garter stitch with slipped stitch columns. This top can be knit with either short capped sleeves, or full-length sleeves. Optional instructions are included for I-cord edging on the neckline, cuffs and hem. You can find the matching [Garter Web Hat][1] here. **Sizing** This top is designed to fit over other items and has 5-7 cm or 2-3 inches of positive ease built into the pattern.
