Terrifying Art Split Color Beanie

If you love horror movies, creepy clowns with sunflower glasses, and a little bit of sunshine, this beanie gives you all three! The Terrifying Split Color Sunflower Beanie combines a black and white split color beanie with golden yellow sunflowers around the folded brim and two matching pompoms on top. The original beanie was designed by Valerie Sherman, who gave me permission to create and publish this crochet pattern based on her design. This adventurous beginner pattern is completely made to measure, so there’s no gauge or exact stitch count to match. The beanie is worked vertically from side to side using third loop half double crochet, then seamed and cinched closed. I’ll walk you through measuring for your size as you go, and a third loop HDC tutorial is included if the stitch is new to you. Because the pattern is made to measure, it can be adjusted to fit infant through adult sizes.
