The cobblestone boulevards lined by trees, beautiful palazzos and chic cafés are still spiced with the crazy traffic. Vomero socks are knit toe up with a fleegle heel. The leaf pattern begins from the toe and runs up to the cuff while the rest of the instep and the leg are covered by the cobblestone pattern. **Finished measurements** S (M, L) XL Finished foot / leg circumference 17 (19.5, 22) 24.5 cm / 6.75 (7.75, 8.75) 9.75” Leg / foot length adjustable. The socks are intended to be worn with 0 – 2 cm / 0 – 0.75” negative ease. Sample shown in size S. **Yarn requirements** Hedgehog Fibres Twist sock (80% Blue Faced Leicester wool, 20% nylon, 365 m / 100 g) 1 (1, 2) 2 skeins or 249 (329, 416) 498 m / 273 (360, 455) 545 yds of fingering weight yarn. Shown in color Cereal. **Gauge** 32 sts x 48 rnds = 10 cm /4” with 2 mm (US 0) needles in stockinette st and Vomero lace in the round after blocking. **Needles** 2 mm (US 0) – 100 cm / 40” circular needles, or as required to obtain gauge. **Notions** Tapestry needle.
