Period Poverty Sucks

Ready to make a statement? These sisters will join you on your protest against period poverty. Period poverty sucks! And it is a big problem, even in a wealthy country like The Netherlands. Did you know that 1 in 8 women can't afford period products? 1 in 8! What does that mean? They skip school or go to work with a load of toilet paper in their panties. Or they get ill, because they wear their tampon too long. This shouldn't be happening! This pattern is easy to follow and made with scraps from your stash. Optional colour changes. Optional banner. Ideal for your craftivism. You can tag them along on your protest, but they can also protest by themselves. They like to hangout with their banners at the town hall or be gifted to your responsible alderman. Or bring attention to free period products.
