Step into the forest—and into the fun! **Sylvan Secret** is this year’s <i>Make a Hat Day Mystery Knit Along</i>. On **September 15**, clues will be released every 2–3 hours throughout the day, leading you deeper into the design. • A touch of **lace** and a sprinkling of **beads**—perfect for a confident beginner or beyond. • About **200 yards of worsted-weight yarn.** (I knit mine in Malabrigo Rios, but any similar yarn will work.) • A shape that can be **slouchy or a beanie**—you choose! Don’t worry if you can’t finish in one day—you’ll have a week, until **September 22,** to post your finished photo in the Creative Pathways Fiber Friends Ravelry group to enter the prize drawing. One lucky knitter will win a skein of Rios and extra beads—enough to make another hat or spark a whole new project! (Sorry, United States only for this one.) Clues drop September 15, 2025.
