I suppose that’s appropriate for a pattern called “Lacing Stripes.” I knit the pattern before I came up with a name, and when I realized the stripes were in sets of two, like racing stripes, how could I pass up the pun? ----- **Sizes:** S (M, L) to fit 7-7.5 (8-8.5, 9-9.5)” or 18-19 (20-22, 23-24) cm circumferences **Yarn:** MC: 50g (232 yds / 212 m) of fingering weight yarn CCs: 6 mini skeins or leftovers that are 10g (46 yds / 42 m) each, fingering weight **Needles:** US size 1 / 2.25mm **Notions:** Stitch markers, tapestry needle **Gauge:** 34 stitches and 50 rows to 4” (10cm) in pattern.
