The Woodside Washcloth

The Woodside Washcloth is a lovely, simple, but textured washcloth or dishcloth perfect for the shower, bath, or sink. Easy to knit up and fun to work on, this washcloth is fun and interesting enough to want to work up again and again. I knit up my sample in a bit over an hour, and had tons of fun with it. With the ribbed texture and a bit of detail, this pattern is sure to become one of your favorites. _____________________________________________________________ ***Yarn***: I used Hobby Lobby I Love This Cotton! for my sample. You can use any worsted weight cotton you would like for this washcloth. You’ll need around 60 - 70 yards of it (or less) for this project. ***Needles***: The needles I used were US 6 circular knitting needles. You don’t at all have to use circular needles for this project, straight needles work just fine. ***Gauge***: 19 sts and 21 rows over 4” in the ribbed pattern for this washcloth. The gauge doesn’t really matter at all for this project unless you’d like your washcloth to be the exact same size as mine. ***Finished*** ***Size***: 6.5” by 6” square (this will differ depending on gauge, yarn and needles) Thank you for looking, please enjoy!
