Simple Flower Scrunchie

Crochet Pattern for these charming flower scrunchies! These make great gifts, can be sold at markets, and can be worn anywhere! These cute hair pieces make the perfect accessory for cottagecore and fairycore lovers or just any girl who loves pretty things! You should already know how to crochet the stitches listed below before buying this pattern. This was tested by my amazing team! Size: about 4.5 inches across (including a 2 inch gap for the elastic) Difficulty: Easy! A beginner should be able to do this if they learn the basic stitches first. The yarn I used: worsted weight, 4 ply. Gauge: 17 single crochet stitches by 18 rows makes a 4x4 inch square. Because this isn't a fitted item, you don’t need to stress too much about gauge as long as your stitches are tight enough that there are no large gaps. Suggested Yarn This is what I used, but don’t be afraid to do your own version! Yardage: about 12 yards, or .25 ounces I used Red Heart Super Saver which is a worsted weight, 4ply acryllic yarn. You can make a two color flower, or a single color one. You can do any color you’d like! I enjoyed using brown, yellow, or green for the centers and I’ve used pink, yellow, red, white, and purple for the petals!
