Interplay Cowl

Interplay: “The ways in which two or more things affect each other when they happen or exist together.” This pattern is a bottom up, all over colorwork cowl pattern that uses easy-going motifs that highlight color contrasts between a main color and multiple mini skeins. It allows the maker to showcase or play with colors and watch how they interact and create contrast throughout each repeat. The pattern can be memorized and hopefully help you get into a “flow state” while making it. This pattern also is a great introduction to 3-color stranded work that is approachable and manageable.
