The colorwork pattern looks prettiest if you wear them with neutral ease. If you prefer your socks to sit nice and snug, wear them with a little negative ease. Pictured are the socks in a size 4 with a shorter foot on European shoe size 38 - 39, UK shoe size 5.5 - 6 and US shoe size 7.5 - 8. **YARN** 48 (58, 72, 88, 100, 118) g of Retrosaria Mondim (100 g, 385 m / 421 yds, 100% Portuguese wool) You need at least 6 colors and can choose yourself how much you’ll use of each color. Please note that these values are only estimates. Changes in yarn or gauge as well as changes of the pattern can result in a different yardage. **GAUGE** 32 sts and 36 rounds = 10 cm / 4 " in colorwork after blocking **NEEDLES** 2.5 mm needles (or size to obtain gauge with) **TOOLS** A tapestry needle or crochet hook to weave in the ends, one removeable marker and four stitch markers.
